Take some white fish (cod, turbot, monkfish, haddock etc) and steam it ’til cooked and let in cool.
Meantime take the juice from four lemons, mix in a a bowl with salt, pepper, 2 large gloves of finely crushed garlic. If you like, add some thinly sliced onion.
When the fish has cooled, flake it gently and place in bowl mixing the lemon juice marinade. Let it sink in, top with some prawns if you like (cooked, peeled), and some fresh chives. Serve.
